Why is my country not listed in your shipping list?

We will keep adding more countries with time, but if your country is not listed please contact us.

Spell has also an exclusive distribution agreement with the following countries. If your country is listed below please contact the corresponding dealer.

-Australia, Please contact Arredorama.

How can I pay in the Spell-Store?


We offer several payment options from recognized providers. They use a SSL 'secure' network where transactions can be made secure and easy, below is a breakdown of the services that we use at the moment.

What are the delivery times of your products?


From order placement we will send you a reply, within 24 hours, with the exact delivery time. Many of our Products are fabricated / assembled On Demand. Therefore the delivery time may vary by each product. From the moment we receive your payment, we will do everything we can to deliver your items in a timely fashion. Items in stock will have a delivery time of 4-5 working days. On Demand orders will be made specifically for you and therefore may take
longer, 6-8 weeks.

During the order process the availability of all objects is shown. Goods, which are in stock, are generally dispatched with 48 hours of completion of the order and payment process. A majority of our products is available in the most popular versions for immediate assembly/packaging and dispatch. All other items have to be produced to your individual specifications.

An estimate of the expected delivery time can be found at each item on the product page at the Spell Store.


What are the shipping costs?


Product prices listed on this website are inclusive of Dutch taxes but exclusive of shipment costs.
Shipping costs are applied to the country where you want to send your order based on the total amount of the purchase.
The Shipment costs will be calculated in your shopping cart during the process.

How do I receive my order?


Your order can be delivered in different ways as this may vary by product. 
Deliveries with "standard" dimensions and weight are usually delivered with traceable services
like DHL, DPD, TNT or UPS.


How do tables and big furniture are being send out?


These will be delivered on a Pallet by DHL or to business delivery addresses by DB-Schenker.
For the receiving of these large products we will make an appointment with you for the exact
delivery time to your location.


How can I cancel my order?


Canceling an order is possible only when you contact us within 24hours after you placed the order with us by phone +31(0)26 36 101 62 or by email at info@spell-online.com.   Then we will confirm this cancelation to you by email. After 24hours it is not possible to alternate or change orders.With On Demand items (tailored dimensions, custom colours other than our standard collection) we are obligated to charge 100% of the amount of the invoice after the 24h.

Yes, just send as an email with the desirable dimensions and we will look what we can do for you.


I have placed an order but something went wrong?


No problem, Just place the order again. When on previous order attempts the payment process didn't complete, then the order didn't take place.


What types of Smart / Phone / Tablet products are suitable for the Nomad series?


We follow technical developments very close; therefore the slots are suitable for a wide assortment of smartphones and tablets.
Also on the right side of every product page on the Spell website you can download the latest technical datasheet.

I would like to see the Spell collection live, is this possible?


You can! Look to our complete dealer network on our website under the header button 'Resellers'. However we do advise you to contact them in advance before visiting for the availability of the desired product.


Warranty


All Spell products are manufactured with the most care using the finest components and materials. Nevertheless should there be any material or manufacturing faults; Spell will contribute to the costs of repair or replacement of the items accordingly to the Spell-warranty guide. Our products have a warranty of 1 year.
As a condition we suggest explicit that our maintenance advices and our service manuals should be followed correctly.
Furthermore there should be normal household use maintained. For more info ask us for a copy of the warranty guide.
